Biography

Tom has spent over 10 years leading digital, content, social and experiential programs for clients including BMW, Sports Authority, HomeGoods, P&G, Intel, Goldman Sachs and American Express. He co-founded KBS’s Content Labs unit, which houses social and content practices, brand newsroom and content studio. As President of Attention, KBS and MDC’s social, content and influencer center-of-excellence, he has championed the role of social behavior in connecting the customer journey while leveraging an often undervalued space to drive brand and business outcomes for clients including BMW, JBL, Mattel, Moët, Lincoln Financial and many others. After a decade-long commitment to influencer and creator marketing, Tom and Attention have just launched a 5,000+ sq. ft. facility in the heart of Silicon Beach dedicated to leveraging raw creator craft, fostering brand collaborations and helping the influencer community build a business around their talent.
